Take a virtual trip to the Apple Store! Have a question about purchasing an iPhone, an iPad, a Mac Computer, etc?

Having a problem with your Apple device that you can’t solve? Is there some setting on your Apple device that leaves you befuddled? Instead of going to the Apple Store or calling Apple Support, consider instead logging on to one of Bob Gerard’s twice-weekly Zoom sessions and allow him to try and help you first. Log in, make your needs known, and if Bob can’t answer your question, he’ll research it for you after the Zoom session and email you what he discovers. You can log in any time during his session, get your answer, then log out…just as you would had you visited the Apple Store. Don’t consider these sessions as classes because they are not; they are Apple support sessions.
